HAPPEE is a fast-growing tech startup focused on transforming Vietnam's gig economy. We’ve launched a platform that connects service providers with clients for fast, reliable, and high-quality services.

2. CURRENT STATUS

We’re almost ready to launch our MVP, and we’re planning to introduce our platform to the world in January 2025. Right now, we’re a small team, and we don’t have a full-time marketing executive. We aim to introduce our product in January 2025 through social platforms, campaign activities, or similar methods. We want to validate the market before our app is finished.

3. WHAT WE NEED?

We’re seeking a proactive, results-driven Freelancer Marketing to independently and ffectively run campaigns that boost brand awareness and attract customers.

•         Build arand awareness: We need to make more people aware of our platform through campaigns, social media posts (including pictures and videos), and ads.

•         Get Customers by January 2025: Attract as many customers as possible

4. Position: Marketing Specialist

Job Description 

·       Marketing campaigns: Run ads, manage social media campaigns, and organize events or other promotional activities.

·       Content creation & design: Write content, design images and videos, and post them on social media platforms.

·       Report work progress and results daily, weekly, and monthly.

Requirements

·       At least 3 years of experience in a related role.

·       English communication skills.

·       In-depth knowledge of platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Zalo Ads, Google Analytics, etc.

·       Proficient in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools).

·       Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Canva, etc.

·        Hard working, friendly, Creative, quick-thinking, confident, and responsible.

·        Experience in a gig economy or startup environment is a plus.

Compensation

·       Expected compensation is around 10 million (part-time); flexible depending on the scope.

·       The proposed budget will be negotiated in detail during the interview.
